Sewer Scoping
A sewer scope involves running a high definition camera from the homes sewer line to the connection to the public line. In Colorado, the homeowner is responsible for the line to the public connection. Repairs can be costly and timely. The camera will show any standing water, cracks, roots and debris. Your report comes with a full color video.
Radon Testing
The U.S. Surgeon General issued a Health Advisory warning Americans about the health risk from exposure to radon in indoor air. The Chief Physician urged Americans to test their homes to find out how much radon they might be breathing.
Dr. Carmona also stressed the need to remedy the problem as soon as possible when the radon level is 4 pCi/L or more, noting that more than 20,000 Americans die of radon-related lung cancer each year.
We use high quality radon monitors from Sun Nuclear. They are maintained and calibrated yearly. The test typically takes 48 hours to run. Results are available immediately!
Mold Testing +Allergen Testing
Mold samples and moisture testing is done to evaluate potential health hazards from mold and
help locate sources of moisture that will eventually destroy whatever becomes wet and
moldy. Property values can be greatly affected by moisture and mold. Moisture and mold testing
help prevent damage to property and help keep your family healthy by identifying the source of
the problem so it can be fixed. Allergen Testing may be added on to the Mold Testing Service.
Water Testing
Water is vital to the health of every community, every family. We offer water testing to offer peace of mind when purchasing a home. The CDC states, “The presence of certain contaminants in our water can lead to health issues, including gastrointestinal illness, reproductive problems, and neurological disorders. Infants, young children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems may be especially at risk for illness.”
