This place is AMAZING! As a first time home buyer, I was impressed. My realtor uses them and they give a 70+ page report. It’s easy to reference because everything has a picture and everything is detailed. I can just send it to a work person to get an estimate. I was very happy with Bill and would recommend this highly for your home inspection! My parents were even impressed and they used to flip homes in Boston. Trust me, they are worth it!

Bill inspected a home for us today, and we were blown away by his meticulous attention to detail.
